OneRoll — Privacy Policy

OneRoll is a shared disposable-camera app for events. We built it to be
private by default: no ads, no tracking, no accounts, and no sale
of your data. This policy explains what we handle and why.
What we collect
- Photos and video clips you capture at an event. These
are stored in our backend (Google Firebase) so they can be revealed to
the event's guests, and are automatically deleted about 30 days after
the event's reveal.
- A display name, only if you choose to enter one, so
your shots can be credited.
- An anonymous device identifier used to run the event.
We do not ask for or store your name, email, phone number, or an
account.
- Basic event details you set as a host (event name,
shot limits, reveal time).
What we do NOT do
- No advertising, and no ad identifiers.
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no App Tracking
Transparency prompt because we don't track you.
- No sale or sharing of your data with data brokers.
- No facial recognition or content analysis of your photos.
Device permissions
- Camera — to capture your shots.
- Microphone — only when you record a video clip.
- Photo Library (add-only) — only when you choose to
save the revealed gallery; we never read your library.
The reveal & other people
Photos are hidden from everyone — including the host — until the event's
reveal time. Guests may photograph people at an event; hosts are
responsible for their guests' and subjects' consent as described
in the Terms. Hosts can delete any photo, remove a guest, or delete the
entire event, which erases its photos from our storage.
Data retention & deletion
Event media is automatically deleted about 30 days after the reveal.
Hosts can delete photos or the whole event at any time. To request
deletion of anything else, email us at the address below.
Children
OneRoll is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for hosts
aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
